TOP 3 REASONS WE’RE THE PERFECT SIDEKICKS 
  1. Our one-week O&M Training is tailored to every client.  Our one-on-one program is individually designed for each client. We can introduce a client to the long cane and how to use it in a wide variety of environments, or focus on solidifying specific skills for a current cane user. Clients do not need to have a vocational goal or want a guide dog to receive this free training, and there’s no upper age limit. Clients simply need the physical ability and motivation to learn and apply their new skills. 
  2. We’re a solution to your heavy caseload. Our Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialists (COMS) understand the demands on your time, the caseloads and territories that can be unmanageable. We want to collaborate with COMS across the U.S. and Canada to provide the most comprehensive O&M experiences possible for your clients. If you are constantly pressured to close cases but feel some of your clients need further O&M instruction, we are your solution. 
  3. Together, we can help people achieve better results. All clients are provided with a free Ambutech folding cane. If your client can dedicate one week, we can get them started or improve existing skills so you can help them transition their new skills into their home environment. Together, we can help your clients gain or improve on the skills necessary to travel safely and with good techniques, leading to more confidence and security.
