All exhibitors will be listed in the directory with contact information and website links. If you would like for your exhibitor profile to be separated from your attendee profile, please submit different email addresses for each profile.

All Advertisements should be submitted in JPG, PNG, or PDF and include an alt text description.

All vendors are requested to donate one silent auction item and/or door prize
To list your item in our online auction, please be prepared to submit the following with your registration:

Short description
Estimated value
Donor/organization name
Alternative text describing the image (for accessibility)
Image guidelines (for 32auctions):
File formats: JPG or PNG
Clear, well-lit image where the item fills most of the frame
Recommended size: up to 2,000–2,500 pixels on the longest side (Images may be resized to display correctly online.)
All donated items will be listed in our online auction and promoted through the conference website. Major sponsors will also receive recognition on the auction site according to their sponsorship level
Complete AND submit the application/contract for exhibit tables, sponsorships, advertisement, and materials by the following dates:
Exhibit Table requests, Sponsorship & Advertisement requests due by February 14, 2026
Materials due by: February 21, 2026
Online via Paypal (integrated into the registration form)
