Vendor Request Letter TAER 2026 Conference

Dear Colleague,

The annual conference for the Texas Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (TAER) will be held at the Embassy Suites in Denton, TX, on March 26th - 28th, 2026.The board would like to extend an invitation to exhibit, sponsor, and advertise at the conference. The TAER board is asking each vendor to donate an item for either the silent auction or as a door prize. Silent auction items help support the scholarships provided each year for students who are blind or visually impaired and for candidates studying to become vision professionals. Door prizes encourage participation in TAER. We will need a clear photo of the item being donated, and winners will be announced at the business meeting on the last day of the conference.

Exhibitor tables will be open from Thursday noon (3/26) until 5pm on Friday (3/27) for conference attendees to view products or learn about your organization. There would need to be at least one person from your company or organization at your exhibitor table during that block of time.

We also invite you to advertise your company or organization during the TAER conference. Each exhibitor will be listed on the digital program schedule (2025 example), and there are other opportunities for sponsorships and advertising as well (2025 add example; 2025 major sponsors footer). See exhibitor, sponsorship, and advertising options in the attached document, and complete your vendor registration at http://www.txaer.org/vendorreg.html. Please note that vendor registration covers exhibit space only and does not include conference participant or attendee registration. Individuals wishing to attend conference sessions should register separately at www.txaer.org/registration. TAER is most appreciative of your support for our 2026 conference!
